Has anyone been able to use Google Earth to locate the Sienna Kart track where the Easykart World Finals will take place? If so, where is it in relation to the center of town. BTW, MKMC is now visible on Google Earth. The shot is several years old with very little grass.

Hey ken a little early to be checking out the Italian track isn't it? You might want to delay that till after the GN? Unless of course you know something I don't know? Good Luck! Rich

Oh how sweet the two old farts have the same avatar. I find it truly amazing that you guys can even operate a computer, it must have been a big jump from using your slide rule.

Hey wait a mintue.....Matt your studying to be an engineer.....engineers use slide rules. You must be getting old too!

Yo, on the gas. Computer operating is one of my weakest skills, perhaps you should judge those "two old farts" by the times they lap you, in any given race? I think you will find these two old guys are some of the fastest in the state!
I guess they don't teach that "respect" class any more in Hooterville? Perhaps I should conduct a "lesson" when I get there Thursday?

What is a slide rule?
Isn't that something they teach you at the playground? Do they have those at college too?

Everybody knows the slide rule. As you round third base you are required to slide into home. DuH!

Is not the slide rule where you came around that last curve (third base) and slid off the track at the last GN race. It looks like in the grass must be home for you Rich. ;D

OK, before this gets too technical, don't forget that some of us really old engineers (as well as some of you young folks) first used those 10 things dangling off of our hands and feet as early "computers". I have seen some pretty complex stuff resolved by counting finger joints. Helen Dull has her very own system for calculating using her fingers that produce the correct answers but I cannot figure out how she does it, get her to demo for you some time. So, don't forget the basics, they may come in handy when the electricity is off or the batteries are dead.

Yeah, you got me on the last corner thing, Touche` As far as Helen counting, I need to know how she does fractions with that method!
